Nicolas is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Project Manager, Estimator, and Director of Research and Development at Montana Heritage Home Builders, Inc. (MHHB), a national, state, and local award-winning family-owned and operated high-end luxury high-performance custom design/build home building and remodeling general contracting company.
Nicolas is passionate about having clients become a part of the process, letting the clients have a say in what happens, not just telling them this is how it will be, and that's that. Nicolas is working to help people achieve the American Dream. He is a problem-solver. Nicolas works to determine holistic solutions to problems and issues.
Nicolas is the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Professional Designee of the Year 2021 and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Sales and Marketing Designee of the Year 2022.
The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business recognizes Nicolas as a 2021 Rising Star.
Nicolas served as the President and Vice President of Marketing and Communication for the University of Denver Real Estate and Construction Management (RECM) Club. He served as a member of the University of Denver U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Decathlon team.
Nicolas has experience in integrated project delivery methods, including design-build. He has been in the construction industry for many years.
Nicolas likes to spend time outdoors with family and friends. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and camping.
Nicolas earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment with concentrations in Real Estate, Construction Management, Property Development, and Integrated Project Delivery and Residential and Commercial focuses. He also studied Family Business Management. He earned Summa Cum Laude and University Scholar, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management & Entrepreneurship, an Associate of Arts, a Certificate in Entertainment Management, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, a Certificate in Digital Marketing, and a Certificate in Global Leadership from the University of Montana. He also earned a LeadershipU Certificate from the University of Montana.
