IBS Centrals are popular destinations to take a break from the show floor to network with peers and experts from your industry niche. These lounge areas are dedicated to industry niches like 55+ housing, custom building, design, multifamily, remodeling and sales.
Each Central has informal presentations to hear from niche experts, join peer discussions and more. Centrals are more laid-back, quiet areas than IBS Education sessions or the show floor for you to take a break, charge your electronics and surround yourself with other niche professionals to connect network with.
IBS Centrals are open to all IBS registrants. Access to Centrals is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The New American Home (TNAH), one of two official homes of the Builders’ Show, continues to push the boundaries of sustainable residential design. As the project moves into Phase 3, the focus sharpens on energy efficiency and airtight construction, with ambitious performance targets and meticulous coordination among the project team. Learn more about TNAH and how to tour the home during the show.
