During her tenure Thecia has gained a wealth of knowledge in mortgage lending, management and marketing. As Divisional Branch Manager for VanDyk Mortgage she serves her customers and clients with her office in the Delray Beach area. She is fully licensed in the states of Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee, Virginia, and Texas.
When asked if she ever thought about retiring from the mortgage business…..she enthusiastically responded: “I love being a part of my customers joy of financing a home….I never watch the clock…..plus you only retire from the things you don’t like…. this business is my passion…”

She has extensive knowledge in Site Builder New Construction processes as well as builder and municipality partnerships within the Workforce Housing Programs.
