Kathie has been a leader in the new home industry for over 30 years. First, as a top selling onsite agent and then she moved into sales and marketing management. Kathie embraced the knowledge she gained from the NAHB courses and earned her CSP, CGP, CMP, Master CSP and MIRM as well as more than 20 other courses for continuing education. She has a passion working with builders and solving problems. Using her knowledge and experience she was able to help builders thrive in down markets and take advantage of high market demands while building revenue and profits. Kathie has worked for some of the leading builders, from affordable homes to high end design builders and felt her best opportunity was to open her own brokerage where she could help several builders, rather than work with one employer.

Since starting her builder brokerage in 2019, Kathie has consulted and contracted with several local, regional and national builders. Kathie is a real estate broker licensed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina with the drive and committed to grow as her builder clients expand into new markets.
Grande Real Estate Marketing offers free marketing to any new home builder as Kathie is eager to help this industry thrive. The company will provide sales staff when builders are low on staff, selling out of communities, starting new communities, need fill in staff on short notice or full-time sales staffing for model homes. All of the agents working full time in the model centers are CSP certified, as Kathie was a certified trainer for the CSP course and teaches all of the curriculum to her employees.
